How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (October-April). Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.
What if it rains?
Central Otago has one of the driest climates in New Zealand. If conditions are unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.
Do I need cycling experience?
No! Our trikes are easy to ride with three-wheel stability and electric assist. We provide full training before your ride.
What ages can ride?
Our trikes suit adults of varying sizes. Minimum height is typically 155cm. Contact us to discuss specific requirements.
